Introducing Crazy Happy Fit

I want to officially introduce you to the newest addition to the Crazy Happy family – Crazy Happy Fit!!

But first – a little background info! Last year was quite the year! I got to see my Crazy Happy creation come to life. It was challenging. It was rewarding. I am amazed to look back and see how far I’ve come in the last year.

On a personal level, we bought our first house and spent a HUGE chunk of our time doing remodels. That process took longer than I ever dreamed, but has been so worth the effort. We are grateful every day that we live in a house that we have been able to pour ourselves into and can’t wait to continue to do more projects this year.

The Need for Balance

My original dream for Crazy Happy was to focus on the two areas that are totally my passions in life – creativity and health & fitness. The house and other DIY projects have provided lots of posts on the creative and DIY side. But I have definitely been lacking on the health & fitness side!

To be honest, health & fitness took a backseat while we were remodeling the house with limited kitchen access and not enough time in the day to possibly complete all of the projects that needed to be done. I quickly realized I needed to do something to bring more balance to both my life and my blog.

And so – the idea for Crazy Happy Fit was born!!

Crazy Happy Fit

Crazy Happy Fit is going to provide lots of valuable information, recipes, and encouragement surrounding all things health & fitness. Connection is HUGE in life and I really wanted to bring a more personal touch to Crazy Happy. As part of that goal, I have decided to become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach.

For me, coaching is an opportunity to be part of a community. It’s an opportunity to be accountable to others and to provide accountability for others. It’s a like-minded group of people reaching out and inviting others to share in a healthy lifestyle. It’s about helping others with their fitness journey.
